My first published interactive graphics

It’s been quite a few months. With all the covid changes, I ended up back home and my plans to finally find a job I’d love moved to Czechia with me. As it is even harder than in London, of course, I just started doing what I love meanwhile. And here’s the first result.

Soon after coming back, I started writing short news about science for Czechsight.cz. I am interested in space and astronautics for a long time now and this was an opportunity to make it more of a hobby.

When I realised the Launch America's date is out, I started planning some interactives to go with the story. It was the first commercial manned flight and first crewed flight from the USA since 2011. It deserved a bit of a pompous piece.

I did some coding research into how should I make it work. At the end, part of the credit belongs to my dad who helped me enormously. The most difficult occured to be the iframe part in the CMS we use. The intern CSS didn't really let me play with it much so it ended up being nonresponsive. It is a first step anyway, there's always space to make it better next time.
