My name is Dominika Langova. I have created this blog to cover my progress in data visualization and infographics.

I have a degree in journalism, but I am not really a journalist. Although I was always fascinated by various information and stories and I always wanted to know more, I did not find myself good at it. There was always something missing and it was just at the last year of my degree when I got myself closer to graphic design and got an idea to connect these two fields.

My final thesis introduced few infographics styled as for Czech newspaper Hospodářské noviny. After getting a diploma I took an online course with one of the bests in the field, Alberto Cairo, to get some more experience and I felt the need to produce something more.

I hope it can be inspirational for those who spent some time here. Feel free to send me your tips, critiques or any other comments.
